This project is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath one level rambler house with a basement.  The scope included remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms with everything in the same location, replacing the existing roof, replacing all the windows, and repairing the existing rear deck and painting all the exterior with landscaping for increased curb appeal.  Mold was discovered behind the walls in the basement from a prior water leak.  When the drywall was removed, it was discovered the original framing was installed incorrectly, and therefore had to be removed, rebuilt, and then installed new drywall.  The main level hardwood was refinished, and the basement flooring received new laminate wood floors.  Recessed lights were installed, and an existing oil tank was removed to make way for a brand new heat pump and central air system.
